Montenegro is correct. Its flag centers the golden double‑headed eagle and crowned lion from the royal coat of arms, echoing Byzantine and Serbian heritage. The modern design was adopted in 2004 and retained after Montenegro’s 2006 independence. Memory tip: Montenegro means “Black Mountain,” but its banner blazes red and gold—picture a golden eagle at sunset over dark peaks.
